• Payments must be made via our accepted payment methods.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled ride may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Passenger Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate booking information.
• You are responsible for your personal belongings during the journey.
• No smoking, excessive intoxication, or illegal activity is allowed in the vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or legal reasons. Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
